I didn’t intend for a 3-month gap after the first Series, but time flies… I got pretty busy with the day job - recruiting senior execs in tech and HealthTech - and, to be honest, I thought my mental bandwidth to flip between recruitment and podcasting and still do justice to both was limited.

So what’s the point of this podcast and what am I getting out of it? The easy answer Is that I’m an executive recruiter and, after a couple of months of lockdown, there’s not a great deal of recruitment happening.
